摘 要:室内、外试验研究均表明,野蚕黑卵蜂能寄生家蚕卵并顺利生长、发育、羽化。经分别用家蚕卵和野桑蚕卵作寄主连续繁殖3代后,野蚕黑卵蜂种群间并无显著差异产生。寄主卵的长时间冷藏并不影响寄生蜂的寄生和生长发育;家蚕卵和野桑蚕卵中卵浆游离氨基酸、卵浆蛋白氨基酸以及卵壳蛋白氨基酸在各类氨基酸组成上无差异存在,两者均能满足野蚕黑卵蜂的营养需要。总之家蚕卵是野蚕黑卵蜂进行室内大量繁殖的适宜寄主。Studies in the laboratory and field showed that T. theophilae could parasite and re-produce in the eggs of Bombyx mori L. After being reared with mulberry-silkworm(B.mori L. )and willd-silkworm (B. mandarina Butler)eggs respectively for 3 generations,the parasitoid populations from both groups showed no significant difference. The hosteggs of both types stored at 4℃ and RH 75% for 3 to 4 months resulted in no influenceon the parasitism and reproduction of the parasite. Amino acid compositions and con-tents of both types of eggs were similar,both of them could meet the requirement ofgrowth and development of the parasite. Therefore,mulberry-silkworm eggs are suitablehost for indoor mass-reproduction of T. theophilae.
