摘  要:目的研究影响确定胃中间横带(MTB)靶区轮廓的因素。方法将放射性示踪剂99mTc-亚锡喷替酸混入标准食物内,口服后使用单光子发射计算机断层扫描成像技术在胃区连续采集,获得动态胃影像,并计算胃排空时间、胃残留率。检测正常对照者、功能性消化不良患者和正常对照者大剂量摄入组的全胃排空及胃分区排空。结果近端胃、远端胃排空依照全胃排空模式呈正相关指数下降,近端胃较远端胃排空在单位时间内增快,MTB排空曲线与全胃排空曲线和胃区时间衰减校正曲线呈正相关指数下降,排空曲线呈不规则锯齿状。结论正常对照者MTB宽度、排空曲线与功能性消化不良患者比较有明显差异,但改变试验餐摄入量时可以发生变化,摄入大剂量试验餐时MTB明显变宽。Objective To study the influential factors in confirming midgastric transverse band (MTB) outline section. Methods The gastric emptying time and intragastric distribution were investigated in functional dyspepsia, healthy subjects and healthy subjects with more test meal. Results Exponential descend of gastric emptying was observed in the full stomach, MTB, proximal and distal parts of stomach. Velocity of gastric emptying in proximal parts of stomach was faster than that in distal parts of stomach, and the curve of gastric emptying in MTB showed serration. Conclusions There were significant differences in the width of MTB and the curve of gastric emptying between healthy subjects and functional dyspepsia. However, the width of MTB may be obviously increased when more test meal was taken.
