摘　　要：目标可靠指标是结构可靠性鉴定的基本依据,目前,既有桥梁可靠度评定都没有考虑目标可靠指标的时变性,可能会导致评估结论出现偏差。对考虑目标可靠指标时变的既有桥梁动态可靠度评估方法进行探讨。基于该方法,对马迹塘公路桥进行承载能力可靠度评估,并预测该桥的剩余寿命。The target reliability indexes are the fundamental basis for assessment of structural reliability. However, the current assessment of reliability of existing bridges all does not have regard to the time variations of the target reliability indexes, which will possibly result in the errors of the assessment. In this paper, the assessment method for dynamic reliability of the existing bridges having regard to the time variations is studied. Based on the method in question, the reliability of load-carrying capacity of Majitang Highway Bridge is assessed and the remaining life of the Bridge is predicted as well.
