参乌冠心冲剂治疗老年无症状心肌缺血60例

摘　　要：目的:探讨参乌冠心冲剂对老年无症状心肌缺血(SMI)的治疗效果。方法:将90例入选病例随机分为治疗组60例和对照组30例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组口服参乌冠心冲剂,疗程为1个月。结果:治疗组显效35例,好转17例,无效8例,总有效率为86.67%;对照组显效10例,好转8例,无效12例,总有效率为60.00%;治疗组效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参乌冠心冲剂对老年无症状心肌缺血有较好的治疗作用。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of SGG in treating senile asymptomatic myocardial ischemia （SMI）. Method： 90 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （60 cases） treated with SGG and the control group （30 cases） treated with western medicine for 1 month. Results. The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group were 86.67% and 60.00%. The difference between the two groups was notable （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion. SGG has good effect in treating SMI.
