摘  要:介绍了一种智能型水电导率仪的测量原理及软硬件结构.仪器采用双极性脉冲电压作为电导率测量的激励源,较好地解决高纯水电导率测量中的极化效应和电容效应对测量结果的影响.该仪器可以实现量程自动换档,温度自动补偿,电导率超限报警,清洗池进水和放水自动控制等功能;同时系统还具有人机交互界面,数据存储,与上位PC机通信等功能.上位机软件采用LabVIEW编程,通过串口实现了电导率数据的实时采集和显示.The software and hardware of an intelligent conductivity meter is discussed, as well as the measuring principle is described. The instrument adopts the bi-directional pulsed voltage as its exciting source, which has a better solution to the negative of capacitive and polarizational effects at the electrodes. It achieves auto-gearing, temperature compensation, exceeding conductance limit alarm and water inlet and outlet valve autocontrol. This system has also the characteristics such as man-machine interfaces, data storage and communication with PC. The PC software is based on the LabVIEW virtual instrument development windows. The data communication between LabVIEW and Microcontroller is executed via serial port, as well as data handling and result display. Real-time acquisition of water conductance is realized.
