咳喘落治疗支气管哮喘寒哮证多中心临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价咳喘落治疗支气管哮喘寒哮证的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用多中心、随机、双盲、阳性药物平行对照试验。试验组69例采用咳喘落治疗,对照组70例予小青龙合剂,两组疗程均为4周。结果:试验组临床总有效率为85.51%,对照组总有效率为81.43%,两组疗效相当;无任何不良反应发生。结论:咳喘落治疗支气管哮喘(寒哮证)安全、有效。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ＂Kechuanluo Decoction＂ in treating bronchial asthma with cold syndrome. Methods： A multl-center, randomized, double-blind, parallel-controlled trial was conducted. Sixty patients of treatment group received ＂Kechuanluo Decoction＂, and seventy cases of control group received ＂Xiaoqinglong Mixture＂. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 85.51%, and there was no difference between treatment group and control group, no adverse events were found in the trial. Conclusion： ＂Kechuanluo Decoction＂ is effective and safety in treating bronchial asthma with cold syndrome.
