血肿消合剂干预高血压性脑出血后毒性脑损伤的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血肿消合剂对高血压性脑出血后毒性脑损伤干预的临床疗效。方法将204例患者分成治疗组102例和对照组102例。治疗组在一般治疗基础上加服血肿消合剂,对照组在一般治疗基础上加服脑血康口服液,两组均治疗28d,并对治疗前后临床疗效和神经功能缺损评分进行比较。结果治疗组临床疗效和神经功能缺损程度评分的改善明显优于对照组。结论采用血肿消合剂治疗高血压性脑出血能提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ＂Xuezhongxiao Mixture＂ in the treatment of toxic brain injury following hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 204 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 102 cases were treated with routine therapy and ＂Xuezhongxiao Mixture＂ and control group in which 102 cases were treated with routine therapy and ＂Naoxuekang Liquid＂. The clinical efficacy and nerve deficit score were observed. Result The clinical efficacy and nerve deficit score improved better in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion ＂Xuezhongxiao Mixture＂ has positive effects on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
