摘  要:碱性条件下,双嘧达莫对luminol-K3Fe(CN)6-K4Fe(CN)6发光体系的有显著的增强作用.基于此建立了一种流动注射化学发光法测定片剂和人血清中双嘧达莫含量的方法.方法的线性范围是(9.0×10^-9~1.8×10^-8 mol/L),1.8×10^-8~1.8×10^-6 mol/L,检出限为1.0×10^-9 mol/L (S/N=3).相对标准偏差为0.8%(双嘧达莫1.0×10^-7 mol/L,n=10).A novel flow injection chemiluminescence (CL) analysis method for the determination of dipyridamole was described. This method based on the luminescent properties of the Luminol-K3 Fe (CN) 6 in alkaline medium and steadied by K4Fe( CN )6. The optimized experimental conditions were evaluated. The CL increase was linearly related to the concentration of dipyridamole in the range of 9.0 × 10^-9 to 1.8 × 10^-8 mol/L, 1.8 × 10×-8 to 1.8 × 10^-6 with a detection limit of 1.0 × 10^ -9 mol/L ( S/N = 3 ). The relative standard deviations (RSD) for 10 replicate 1.0 × 10^-7 tool/L samples were 0. 8%. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of dipyridamole in human serum and tablet.
