摘　　要：区域信息一体化是区域经济一体化的基础。长三角地区应打破行政分割,深化合作,建立健全信息化区域合作机制,从战略和政策层面构筑优势互补、资源共享、技术携手、互惠互利的信息化发展环境。这既是长三角地区经济一体化发展的需要,也是有效参与全球经济竞争,抢占全球信息化制高点的战略选择。Regional information integration is the basis of regional economic integration. The Yangtze River Delta should break administrative partition, deepen cooperation, establish and improve the regional cooperation mechanism of informationization, build up informationization development environment that is strength-complementary, resource-sharing, technology-cooperative and mutually beneficial. This is not only the need of the economic integration development of this area, but also a strategic choice to effectively participate in global economic competition and to seize the commanding elevation of global informationization.
