摘　　要：农村民间金融的产生和发展不仅需要一定的经济金融制度条件,而且与特定的区域社会文化密不可分。农村民间金融与正规金融的互补效应决定了其对经济社会发展既具有正面的积极作用也带有负面的影响。应创造条件让民间金融取得合法发展资格,使其规范运作;同时加强正规金融的市场建设,逐步缩小民间金融空间。The origin and development of rural folk finance not only needs a certain condition of economic financial system, more importantly, is inseparable with particular regional social culture. The rural folk finance not only has positive effect, but also negative influence to the economic and social development. Condition should be created to make the rural folk finance obtain the qualification of legal development and operate normatively; at the same time, the market construction of the regular finance should be strengthened to contract the space of folk finance gradually.
