潘生丁介入心肌灌注显像的护理100例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨心肌灌注显像潘生丁介入试验中的护理技术配合在提高诊断符合率、预防并发症发生方面的价值。方法对100例临床可疑冠心病患者先行潘生丁负荷显像,次日行静息显像,其间采用适当的护理技术配合。结果所有病例检查均一次成功,图像质量好,无严重并发症发生。结论有效的护理配合在提高该方法的诊断符合率、预防并发症发生方面具有积极的价值。Objective The value of the nursing skills which may be useful to increase the diagnose accordance rate and prevent complications occurred was studied in myocardial perfusion imaging interposed with dipyridamole. Methods 100 patients with questionable coronary heart diseases were firstly performed the stress imaging interposed with dipyridamole. Then, the rest imaging was followed next day. The appropriately nursing skills were adopted in the proceeding. Results All the tests were achieved successfully at the first attempt and the quality of the images was satisfactory. No severe complications were happened in these patients. Conclusion The nursing skills used in this study are really useful to increase the diagnostic accordance rate and it could prevent complications occurred.
