摘　　要：当前的农村养老保障供给体系已不能满足农民日益增长的养老保障需求,因此构建以需求为中心的复合型养老保障体系已十分必要和迫切。本文在分析了农村养老保障需求已发生新变化的基础上,论证了以需求为中心的复合型保障体系更具有经济、政治等方面的可行性;并建议政府、家庭、社区在农村养老中应承担不同责任,通过发挥三者合力来满足农民的养老需求。The present old age security system in rural areas can not meet the increasing needs of farmers. And it is necessary and urgent to build a new old age security system in rural areas, which is a compound one focused on demand. The demand for old age security program in rural areas has changed. Nowadays, it is feasible in view of economic and political aspects to build the compound old age security program in rural areas focused on demand. We should make good use of all kinds of resources for old age insurance, exert the jointed efforts of the family, country and community to meet the farmers＇ needs through various ways.
