摘　　要：阐述了中国棕榈藤业在国际贸易、组织机构、科研知识、种质资源收集保存和知识传播等方面的建设成绩,分析仍然存在的问题并提出增强产品设计和创新竞争力、稳定国际市场、开拓国内市场、建立棕榈藤种植补偿机制等建议。This paper deals with achievements in the rattan sector in the last five decades in China with regard to international market, institutions, scientific knowledge, germplasm conservation and dissemination of informa- tion and knowledge, and provides recommendations after analyzing the constraints for the development of the rattan sector in terms of stabling international market, improving product design and innovation, expanding domestic market, establishing large scale planting companies and the mechanism of subsidizing for rattan plantations.
