摘  要:以粉煤灰为主要原料,石灰、水玻璃、NaOH、石膏为辅料,经湿法球磨、坯体成型、蒸压养护(192℃,1.3MPa,9h)制备新型墙体材料。研究表明,制品的体积密度为1.14±0.02g/cm3,导热系数约0.12W/(m.K),饱水抗压强度达13.11~15.42MPa,含水率和吸水率分别为19.84±0.06%和44.42±0.23%。以制品的抗压强度为指标,得到优化配料组成为:粉煤灰73%,石灰12%,石膏3%,水玻璃10%,NaOH2%,固液质量比为2.0。XRD分析结果表明,制品中的结晶相主要为莫来石和托贝莫来石。制品抗压强度优于普通粘土砖MU10的标准要求,体积密度减小1/3,绝热性能明显改善,可作为实心粘土砖的良好替代材料。The fly ash, with CaO, sodium silicate, NaOH and CaSO4 as assistants, was used to prepare a new kind of geopolymer, i.e. lightweight loadbearing wall materials. The materials was manufactured by wet-grinding, molding and then curing at 192℃, 1.3MPa for 9 hours. The compressive strength of the products reach up to 13. 11 - 15.42 MPa, and the volume density was 1.14q-0.02g/cm^3, the thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.12W/(m · K). The water content and water absorbability of the representative products was 19.84±0. 06 %and 44.42±0. 23 % respectively. The curexperimental results show that the optimal raw materials proportions are:CaO 12%, sodium silicate 10%, NaOH 2 %, CaSO4 3 %, the mass ratio of the solid to liquid is 2.0. XRD analysis show that the crystal phase of the materials are mullite and tobermorite. The compressive strength of the products are higher than the MU10 standard requirements of the red bricks, the volume density are only 2/3 of the red bricks, the adiabatic capability were improved and therefore, could be used as lightweight wall materials, instead of the red bricks.
