摘　　要：与丙酮萃取液相比，应用Ｎ，Ｎ－二甲基甲酰胺萃取剂测定水体浮游植物叶绿素ａ，具有萃取效率高、所需水样少、不易挥发、温度要求低、适于野外大批量操作等优点，浸泡６－１２ｈ即可萃取完全。介绍了野外养殖木体中的应用方法和结果。Using none-volatile N , N-dimethyl formamide ( DMF ) to determine the chloro- phyll a of the phytoplankton has a lot of advantages : higher extraction efficiency, rapid extraction time (soaking 6 - 12 h) , without low temperature demand and suitable for determining samples on a large scale . The paper introduced the procedures of this method in practical use in the cultured waters and the obtained results .
