摘  要:以某汽车地板后纵梁总成焊装夹具的设计为例,介绍了汽车车身焊装夹具的结构特点和设计要点。阐述了基于UG三维建模平台的焊装夹具的设计方法,该方法可进行焊装夹具的三维结构设计、三维建模、虚拟装配、焊枪姿态模拟及二维出图等,生产成本及产品报废率低、设计周期短,可逐步取代传统的二维平面设计。Take some welding jig design of the body floor rear carling member assembly as an example,the structural characteristics and design essentials are introduced based on the welding jig design of the car body.The designing method of the welding jig is represented based on UG 3D model building platform,it can proceed 3D structure designing,3D modeling,virtual assembling,welding torch attitude simulating and 2D drawing,and so on,the cost and scrappage of the product are low,design cycle is short,so it can replace the traditional 2D design method.
