摘　　要：论述了一种新兴搅拌器叶片的反求设计方法——在对新型搅拌器叶片进行分析的基础上,利用三坐标测量仪对初始叶片进行扫描,对扫描数据进行分析、处理,了解原设计的思想,确定出合理的模型。新的设计为国内搅拌器新产品设计和老产品改造提供依据。In this paper, reversion design method of blender impeller has been discussed, structure size and performance of blender impeller be presumed based on analyzing it, mathematics model is set and optimized according to the results; then initialization impeller is scanned by 3-dimension coordinate measuring instrument, and the scanning data are analyzed and processed. Reasonable model can be affirmed after contrasting the design with the former design. New design provides the basis for the design of new product and the reform of the old product in our country.
