摘　　要：本文首先分析了我国农业再保险的现状和发展的制约因素,接着介绍了农业再保险的五种模式并分析了这些模式的优缺点,提出了倾向性的农业再保险模式,即国家指定专门再保险机构承担农业再保险,进而提出了完善农业再保险机制的具体建议。The paper analyzed current situation and confinement factor for the development of agricultural reinsur- ance in China at first,and then introduced 5 models for agricultural reinsurance and analyzed their merits and faults,presented a tendentiousness agricultural reinsurance model,agricultural reinsurance applied by a reinsurance organization appointed by the central government.Detail advises to perfect the mechanism of ag- ricultural reinsurance are also be presented
