摘　　要：介绍汽车复合门铰链结构,分析设计限位器开启力时应该考虑的因素;提出复合门铰链的基本要求,研究其所须具备的超承压、寿命、耐腐蚀、耐高低温等各种能力要求;并针对门铰链作为安全件提出所须具备强度要求和滥用刚性要求;最后探讨各种性能的相关试验方法。The paper introduces the compound hinge structure of automobile doors, and analyzes influence factors of open force for door＇s hold regulator. It also brings forward basic requirements of door compound hinge, including function performance of overloading, life time, erosion-resistance, high＆ low temperature resistance. Moreover, the paper researches the minimal force requirement as a safety part, and minimal rigidity need when misused. Finally, it discusses the test methods about these requirements.
