Modification of Sepiolite and Catalytic Properties of Ni-B-Mo/Modified Sepiolite in Liquid Phase Hydrogenation of Furfural to Furfuralcohol

摘  要:采用正交实验法优化海泡石(记为Sep)的改性条件,包括酸改性时盐酸溶液中HCl的质量分数、酸处理时间和热改性时的焙烧温度、焙烧时间;以改性后的海泡石为载体,采用浸渍和化学还原法制备了Ni-B-Mo/Sep催化剂,以糠醛液相加氢制糠醇为探针反应,考察了Ni-B-Mo/Sep催化剂的性能。实验结果表明,海泡石的最佳改性条件为:盐酸溶液中HCl的质量分数10%、酸处理时间48h、焙烧温度400℃、焙烧时间6h。经最佳条件改性后的海泡石(记为Sep(opt))的比表面积为112.5m2/g,是未改性海泡石的2.4倍;Ni-B-Mo/Sep(opt)催化剂的活性比表面积为17.61m2/g,具有较好的催化性能,糠醛转化率和糠醇选择性分别为83.8%和98.7%。Sepiolite (Sep)was modified with HCl by orthogonal experimental design and used as support to prepare Ni - B - Mo amorphous alloy/modified Sep catalyst by impregnation and chemical reduction. Catalytic activity of Ni - B - Mo/Sep catalyst in liquid phase hydrogenation of furfural to furfuralcohol was investigated. Under optimal conditions for sepiolite modification: sepiolite treated by 10% ( mass fraction) HCI, treatment time 48 h, calcination temperature 400 ℃ and calcinations time 6 h, specific surface area of the support can reach 112.5 m^2/g, 2. 4 times as much as that of unmodified. Active specific surface area of catalyst using modified sepiolite as support is 17.61 m^2/g. Conversion of furfural and the selectivity to furfuralcohol on the catalyst can reach 83.8% and 98.7%, respectively.
