摘　　要：报价是企业在经营过程中一项重要的活动,计算机辅助报价不仅可以帮助报价系统给出合理的价格,更能节省人力物力,有助于企业的发展。首先分析了现行机械制造企业使用计算机辅助报价的必要性,提出了利用XML构建这一报价系统的思路。然后根据用户需要,对系统功能进行了分析,在此基础之上,描述了系统的总体架构,最后给出了实现这一系统的关键技术。Quotation is an important activity in business management. A computer - aided quotation system is presented in this paper, which can give a reasonable quotation, save manpower and material resources and is helpful for enterprise development. On the basis of analysis of the characteristic and function of the assistant quotation system for mechanical manufacturing enterprises, a XML - based framework of the system is proposed. Some key technologies such as the integrated interface design, fast information inquiry and computer - aided calculating based on XML and upgrading of some dynamic information by Internet are also studied.
