平均阳性染色面积百分比法分析免疫组化结果初探

摘　　要：借助于计算机图像分析系统,使用平均阳性染色面积百分比(APSAP)法分析免疫组化切片结果,并与人工技术方法相比较,从而验证图像分析APSAP法与人工计数方法在免疫组化染色结果判定方面的符合程度。实验结果表明,采用APSAP法分析免疫组化切片结果与人工计数分析方法的符合程度较高。我们简要介绍以平均阳性染色面积所占测量面积的百分比来衡量免疫组化切片结果的方法。此外,我们还对APSAP法的理论基础、特点等问题进行了深入的讨论。With the help of computer image analysis system, we used the method of average positive stained area percentage APSAP to evaluate the slice immunohistochemistry result. Then we compared the evaluation result with the result of manual counting. Conformity between the two methods was verified. These data indicated that the method of was in accord with manual counting to a great extent. Moreover, the theory basis, advantages and disadvantages of the method were discussed in this paper.
