地矿人才就业状况分析

摘　　要：随着就业市场的开放程度越来越高,相当多的地矿类专业毕业生选择到效益相对好的石油行业或部门工作,进一步加大了地矿单位引进优秀毕业生的难度。本文通过对地矿行业存在的影响毕业生选择就业的因素以及毕业生存在的就业误区进行了分析,认为通过地矿行业转变人才观念、与学校进一步强化合作以及加强对学生就业指导会对地矿人才的就业流向趋于平衡起着重要作用。With increasing degree of openness in the job market, a considerable number of graduates choose to go to the oil industry which was relatively good work. The difficulty of Geological industry recruiting outstanding graduates further increase, Based on the analysis about the geological industry to the factors affecting the choice of graduates and graduates in employment misunderstanding, it plays an important balance role that the geological industry change the concept of talent and further strengthen cooperation with school and the career guidance to students toward the geological industry recruiting.
