摘　　要：文章结合设计理论和生产实践分析了紧度在毛织物设计中的应用。紧度在很大程度上决定着织物的风格和实物质量，而风格和实物质量也正是织物最直观最外在的反映。从来样设计和开发设计分析紧度K值，设计出既达到织物所要求的质量，又能利于生产的紧度。This article analyses the basic theory and methods to process the tightness by combining the designing theory and production practice. The style and quality, which are just considered as the greatly direct reflection of fabric, depend on tightness. Analysis K from two facets, sample design and development design, then gain the tightness parameter, which not only makes the fabric reach the required quality, but also is beneficial to production. According to the questions met in the production, it gave some discuss of the basic methods about how to gain proper tightness through control the density of weft and warp.
