摘 要:以BG11为基础培养基研究了实验室条件下重金属Cu^2+在不同质量浓度下对铜绿微囊藻的急性毒性效应。试验结果表明,Cu^2+对藻类的抑制效应随Cu^2+质量浓度的增加而增加:质量浓度为0.3~1.2mg/L的Cu2^+对铜绿微囊藻生长的抑制作用不显著,且48h后出现藻细胞密度反弹现象,杀藻效果不理想。质量浓度为1.5mg/L的Cu^2+对铜绿微囊藻细胞产生很强的毒性,可有效抑制铜绿微囊藻的生长,96h时杀藻率高达97.4%,Chll_a含量抑制率达87.7%,光合放氧量明显降低,抑制率达83.3%,呼吸耗氧量明显增强。不同质量浓度Cu^2+可影响铜绿微囊藻的生长及生理活动,1.5mg/L的Cu^2+是抑制铜绿微囊藻生长的最有效质量浓度。Using BGll studied according to the of the M. aeruginosa un as base media, the toxic effects of heavy metal Cu^2+ on alga Microcystis aeruginosa were change in growth, chlorophyll-a, photosynthesis release oxygen and respire exhaust oxygen der different Cu^2+ concentrations in the experiment conditions. The results showed that the inhibition on growth increased along with the improvement of the concentrations of Cu^2+. When Cu^2+ levels ranging from 0.3 mg/L to 1.2 mg/L, it had little inhibition effects on M. aeruginosa, the density of some cultures increased again after 48h, the removing efficiency was not ideal, whereas Cu^2+ at higher concentrations (1.5 mg/L) poisoned the cells and displayed the inhibitory effect on the growth of M. aeruginosa. 96 h after exposure the removing efficiency of alga populations was 97.4%, the chlorophyll-a inhibition efficiency was 87.7%, the photosynthesis release oxygen apparently went down, the inhibition efficiency was 83.3%, meanwhile the respire exhaust oxygen apparently enhanced. Different Cu^2+ concentrations could affect the alga populations and physiological activities and Cu^2 + ( 1.5 mg/L) is the most effect inhibition of M. aeruginosa.
