摘  要:对中性点非有效接地系统单相接地故障特征和故障选线算法进行了研究,通常采用的单一故障选线方法只对部分故障信息进行处理,判据适应性差,选线可靠性不高。针对这一问题,把模糊理论应用于故障选线,根据利用各种故障信息的原则,在各个故障信息域内选择有效的算法,通过建立各算法的故障测度隶属函数和权系数隶属函数,融合各种故障信息,综合多种故障选线方法,使选线性能得到提高。高压动模实验故障数据验证了文中方法的正确性。The characteristics of single-phase-to-ground fault and algorithms of fault line selection in power network with neutral earthed via Peterson coil are researched. Traditional single fault line detection method using only some parts of fault information has poor reliability. Therefore, fuzzy set theory is introduced and applied in fault line detection. According to the principle of making use of all fault information, effective fault line detection methods are selected in every fault information field. Fault measure and weight coefficient subordinate function are structured to integrate all kinds of fault information and combine several fault line detection methods by which the detecting performance is improved greatly. Dynamic mould laboratory emulation results show that the new scheme has higher sensitivity and reliability.
