摘　　要：目的评价结肠运输试验和排粪造影对慢性便秘的诊断价值。方法对126例慢性便秘患者同时进行结肠运输试验和排粪造影。结果结肠运输异常23例,出口梗阻者124例。其中直肠前突84例,会阴下降66例,直肠前壁粘膜脱垂和/或直肠内套叠54例,盆底痉挛综合征29例,耻骨直肠肌肥厚症11例,内脏下垂7例。结论结肠运输试验和排粪造影检查对慢性便秘具有重要的临床诊断价值,为临床治疗提供了可靠依据。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of conlonic .transit test and defecography for chronic comstipation, Methods 126 cases with chronic comstipation were studied with conlonic transit test and defecography. Results Abnormal colonic transit in 23 cases, outlet obstruction in 124 case .84 case were rectocele , 66 case were pefineum descending .54 case were anterior mucosal prolapse and internal rectal intussusception, 29 case were spastic floor syndrome .11 case were puborectalis muscle hypertrophy. 7 case were splanchnoptosis. Conclusions Conlonic transit test and defecography play a import role in diagnosis of chronic comstipation and provide reliable basis for clinical treatment .
