康复训练加高压氧治疗颅脑外伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察康复训练结合高压氧治疗颅脑损伤的效果。方法47例颅脑损伤患者均采用康复训练和高压氧治疗,并于治疗前后采用Glasgow昏迷量表评定意识状态,Fugl-Meyer评定肢体运动功能,Barthel指数评定ADL。结果治疗后患者的意识状态、肢体运动功能及ADL均有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论康复训练结合高压氧治疗颅脑损伤康复期患者效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation training in combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of head injury. Methods 47 cases of head injury were subjected to rehabilitation training and hyperbaric oxygen. Assessment used by the Glasgow coma scale （GSC）, the Fugl-Meyer and the Barthel index of activities of daily living （ADL） before and after treatment. Results The patients＇ consciousness, motor function of hemiplegic limbs and ADL were all be significantly improved （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Rehabilitation training in combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen can be used to effectively treat for head injury of reconvalescent.
