摘 要:为提高能源利用率,实现水泥工业的节能、低耗、高效发展,PC窑纯低温余热发电技术已得到足够重视并进入快速发展阶段。文章概要介绍了目前已在推广应用的二种纯低温余热发电技术——0.69~1.27MPa—280~340℃的低压低温系统和1.57~2.47MPa—325~400℃的次中压中温系统的热力系统模式(前者为三种,后者为二种)及其技术要点;重点关注了在这一技术的研究、开发、应用中必须注意的几个原则问题。在此基础上,进行了PC窑纯低温余热发电技术的评价方法初探。作者认为其评价指标应综合考核"每kg熟料热耗-吨熟料余热发电量"和"混合热效率";并进行了计算和分析评价举例。在实际应用中,对新建线方案评价,对已建线自我考核评价和对不同线技术水平评价,则可视具体情况采用一种指标或综合多种指标进行合理评价。For a higher energy using rate and to realize energysaving, low consumption and high efficiency development of China cement industry, the waste heat power generation technology of the PC kiln has been paid enough attention to and it has entered a fast-developping period. The paper introduced in brief the two waste heat power generation technologies popula now in China cement industry, the one is low pressure and temperatuer system (0.69-1,27 MPa, 280-340℃) and the other is middle pressure and temperature system (1.57-2,47 MPa, 325-400℃) , and the technology characteristic. The author paid most attention to several principle problems in the phase of research, development and application of the technology, and tried to find out an evaluation method of the waste heat power generation technology of the PC kiln. Finally, the author suggest that in the evaluation index the " the heat cosumption of one kilogram cliner and waste heat power generation quantity of one ton cliner" and " mixed heat effeciency" should be assessed synthetically. In real applications, for different conditions we can use one index or more to do reasonable evaluation.
