摘　　要：本文通过对目前国内外有代表性的高校和公共图书馆的信息服务工作进行了一次网络调查,以了解网络技术支持信息服务工作模式的变化,以及不同馆之间信息服务工作的差异,分析了国内高校信息服务转变中出现的不尽如人意的因素,以期引起图书馆界注意。Based in on the current domestic and representative of universityes and public libraries work for a network information service survey to -date information on services and technical support from the traditional network model What changes Museum of different information service difference between the comparative analysis.
