摘　　要：目的探讨疏血通注射液对鼠脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法采用自体血栓注入、闭塞大脑中动脉的方法制备MCAO模型,对照观察假手术组、MCAO模型组、疏血通治疗组脑梗死范围、脑含水量、神经功能评分、脑组织病理变化、脑缺血边缘区神经元凋亡和凋亡相关基因bcl2、bax蛋白表达的变化。结果疏血通治疗组与其他两个对照组相比,能显著改善神经功能缺失症状,减小梗死体积和脑水肿含量、脑组织显微结构及超微结构改变均较轻,缺血边缘区神经细胞凋亡细胞数量减少,bcl2表达增多,bax表达明显减少(P均<0.05或<0.01)。结论疏血通注射液对缺血性脑损伤有显著的神经保护作用。Objective To assess the neuro-protection effect of SHUXUETONG injection on acute cerebral ischemia. Methods The model of middle cerebral artery occlusion was established by auto-thrombus, the experiment was designed for three groups： sham operation group, focal cerebral ischemia model group, SHUXUETONG injection treatment group, the changes of infarction volume, neurological function score, brain water content, pathological changes and the neuronal apoptosis as well as the expression of bcl2 ＆ bax were observed in each group. Results As compared with the other two groups,SHUXUETONG injection could significantly improve the neurologic defects,shrink the infarct areas and reduce brain edema, improve the change of morphology and superfine structure of brain, decrease the neuronal apoptotic cells and bax protein expression and increase bcl2 protein expression. Conclusion SHUXUETONG injection have remarkable protective effects on cerebral ischemia injury.
