摘 要:分别在甲醇、1,2-乙二醇和丙三醇的水溶液中合成纳米聚苯胺(PANI)并研究反应介质的极性对纳米PANI导电性能的影响。两探针法测试结果表明纳米PANI的电导率从0.0295S/cm(纯水中)提高到0.402S/cm(丙三醇水溶液中);扫描电镜观察(SEM)显示在混合反应介质中合成的纳米PANI颗粒的粒径大小处于纳米范围且分布均匀;红外吸收光谱(FTIR)和紫外吸收光谱(UV-Vis)分析表明混合反应介质的极性影响纳米PANI分子的取向度,进而影响纳米PANI的导电性能。Nano-meter polyaniline (nano-PANI) was synthesized in aqueous methanol, 1, 2-ethandiol and glycerol separately, and the effect of the polarity of the reaction medium on the electrical conductivity of the nano- PANI was investigated by means of two-probe method. The results showed the conductivity of the nano-PANI increased from 0.0295 S/cm( in pure water) to 0.402 S/cm ( in aqueous glycerol). SEM photos revealed the particle size of the nano-PANI synthesized in mixed reaction medium had uniformed particle size distribution and lay in the range of nano-meter. The analysis by UV-Vis and FFIR demonstrated the polarity of the mixed reaction medium had effect on the degree of the orientation of nano-PANI moleculars, which made the nano-PANI synthesized in mixed medium had good electrical conductivity.
