摘 要:目的调查北京市褐家鼠对第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂的抗药性。方法褐家鼠连续6 d无选择摄食0.005%杀鼠灵毒饵,之后正常饲养观察14 d,记录死亡情况。结果所有试鼠全部毒毙,未出现抗性鼠。平均致死剂量14.33 mg/kg,平均致死天数4.63 d。结论北京市褐家鼠对第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂仍然敏感,第一代产品可继续使用。Objective To study the resistances of Rattus norvegicus to first generation anticoagulant rodenticide in Beijing. Methods No-choice-feeding tests on R. norvegicus were carried out by using 0. 005 % Warfarin bait for 6 days. After the completion of the poison bait feeding period the survival animals were fed on plain food and observed for 14 days. Times to death were recorded during test period. Results All of 24 R. norvegicus tested were killed, and the average lethal doses and the average lethal-time were 14.33 mg/kg and 4.63 days respectively. Conclusion The rats in Beijing to the first generation anticoagulant were still susceptibile and the anticoagulant rodenticide can be applied continuosly.
