政治互信与东北亚多边安全机制

摘　　要：基于东北亚地区的特殊性,合作安全机制是我们的最佳选择,政治互信作为建构合作安全的关键因素,发挥着重要作用。对此,我们一方面要加强东北亚地区的交流与合作,促进地区经济、政治的不断融合,消除或者减少彼此的不信任,构建和谐的东北亚,实现东北亚地区的共荣;另一方面,我们要从东北亚地区的实际出发,找出一种有效的机制来促进东北亚地区的发展,维护东北亚地区的安全,使得东北亚地区的发展架构脱离大国因素的影响,实现东北亚地区的独立发展。Due to the specialty of Northeastern Asia, the best choice is to adopt a cooperative security system on the basis of politically mutual trust. Therefore, on one hand, the communication and cooperation between the areas in Northeastern Asia should be enhanced to speed the integration of the areas politically and economically and reduce distrust so as to construct a harmonious Northeastern Asia; on the other hand, an effective system based on the reality of Northeastern Asia should be set up to further the development of the areas to safeguard the security of Northeastern Asia, which will free these areas from the influence of some super powers and realize the independence of Northern Asia.
