摘　　要：简述了房车的发展及现状,分析了在我国发展房车的可行性及重要性。基于对国内外房车发展趋势的理解和认识,介绍了在中型客车的底盘基础上改良一款更加人性化、合理化的旅游居住房车的设计方案,从而为中型客车的多用途设计拓展思路。The current situation and development perspective of motor caravan was introduced, and the feasibility and importance of its development in China was discussed. Base on the trend and overview of world market, a design proposal of traveling housing saloon car was put forward which was based on the remodel of the medium passenger car foundation. This can provide reference for the medium passenger car multipurpose design.
