利用生长期羽髓进行同工酶分析研究初报

摘　　要：以雏鸡生长羽毛的羽髓组织、心脏、肝脏、肾脏为材料，进行了乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）同工酶的垂直板凝胶电泳分析。结果表明，利用生长期的羽毛的羽髓组织，完全可以替代内脏组织或血液采样进行同工酶测定。The results showed that the method of extracting isoenzyme from plume marrow tissue of feathers has advantage of material avalible simple operation and harmless to animals.it is an ideal method of fitling to genetic analysis of birds near extinction.
