摘　　要：目的了解男男性接触(MSM)人群一般情况、艾滋病知识及性行为特征,为制定相应干预措施提供依据。方法由专业人员对目标人群进行一对一的访谈,MSM匿名自填调查问卷。结果共调查MSM 150人,以青壮年、中高等教育程度、商业服务人员和学生为主;艾滋病传播预防知识知晓率达84.30%;近一半的调查者通过网络找过性伴,超过半数到外地找过性伴;80%的人近期有多性伴和肛交行为,每次都用安全套的比例≤50%;自身对感染HIV的风险认识不足。结论MSM人群年龄低,流动性大,高危行为广泛存在,对艾滋病知识虽有一定了解,但存在侥幸心理,对自身感染的风险认识不足。提示我们对MSM人群的干预工作任重而道远。Objective To explore the general situation, knowledge on AIDS and character of sex behavior among men who have sex with men （MSM） and provide evidence for establishing intervention measures. Methods Professionals held personal interview with target people. MSM filled in questionnaires anonymously. Resdts Among all of the 150 MSM, the majority of them were students and business sewants, youth with middle or high education level. The awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge was 84.30%. About half of them looked for sex partner by intemet; over half of them looked for sex partner out of their resident areas. 80 % of them recently had several sex partners and had anus sex behavior. Less than 50 % of them used condom every time. They did not realize the risk of infecting HIV fully. Conclusion MSM are mostly young and migrant with high risk behavior. They know some AIDS knowledge, but they have luck mind and they are lack of cognition about infection risk. We should work hard for MSM intervention.
