摘　　要：目的:了解和探讨影响整体护理质量的因素,明确其原因,积极寻找并采取行之有效的干预对策,充分发挥护士的潜能和创造性,促进整体护理工作更深入健康的发展.方法:在本院开展整体护理实践经验基础上采取实地调查法,对本市5所医院及部分旗县医院开展整体护理工作中所面临的问题进行探讨.结果:影响整体护理质量的因素有:人员结构不合理、管理体制不健全、护士自身因素、医院各部门协调及医护配合问题等.结论:针对以上问题所采取的干预对策为:人员结构合理化、健全护理管理体制、提高护士自身素质、医院各部门大力协助、医护密切配合,从而提高整体护理质量.Objective： We studied the influencing factors on the quality of holistic nursing and analyzed the reasons to promote the development of holistic nursing deeply and healthily through taking the effective countermeasures and bringing all potentialities and creativities of nurses into full play. Methods： Field investigation method was adopted to study the problems confronted by 5 hospitals in Tongliao city and some hospitals in banner or county, combined with the experience of our hospital carrying out holistic nursing. Results：The influencing factors concerning the quality of holistic nursing include irrational composition of nursing staff, imperfect management system, low quality of nurses, uncoordinated work of different departments and of doctors and nurses. Conclusion：To solve the above - mentioned problems, such countermeasures should be taken as optimal composition of nursing personnel, perfecting administration system, improving the quality of nurses and coordination of different departments and of doctors and nurses.
