摘　　要：该文探索了用PCR法快速制作地高辛配基标记的DNA探针的方法．证明可靠、安全、快速。对结核病防治而言，找到了一种优于结核培养的查菌方法；对其他需DNA探针的情况而言，该文探索到一种快速制作法。A digoxigenin labelled M. tuberculosis DNA probe was produced by using a one step method of PCR and was clinically tested. 105 sputum samples from pulmonary tuberculosis patients wer hybridized with the new probe, and 63 of the hybridized samples had positive results. The 41 samples that were positive in culture were also positive in hybridizion. This methed is rapid, the disadvantages of isotope labelling can be avofded and the probe is highly sensitive.
