摘  要:目的研究盐酸关附甲素(AHH)在五指山小型猪心肌梗死后慢性心功能异常模型中引起的心电图及心内电生理学指标变化。方法选用五指山小型猪32只,采用结扎冠状动脉前降支的方法制作慢性心功能异常模型。将其随机分为A组(心功能异常AHH)、B组(心功能正常AHH)、C组(心功能异常生理盐水)及D组(心功能正常生理盐水)四组。分别记录各组动物用药前后心房、房室交界区、心室电图及体表监测导联心电图。结果A、C组各7只,B组6只,D组5只完成整个实验。在慢性心功能异常模型中,AHH延缓心房、心室传导及心室复极,并造成部分室房逆传消失;在心功能正常模型中,AHH使心室复极延长及部分室房逆传消失。AHH用药前后可引起多种电生理指标的改变,但与生理盐水比较差异不明显。无论是否存在心功能异常,AHH对心电图及电生理指标的影响无组间差异。结论在慢性心功能异常模型中,AHH表现出一定的电生理作用,但组间差异不明显。Objective To analyze the electrophysiological effects of Acehytisine Hydrochloride (AHH) on chronic post-infarction cardiac insufficiency models of WU Zhi-san (WZS) mieropig. Method A Total of 32 WZS mieropigs were used to make chronic cardiac insufficiency models by ligating anerior descending branch. They were randomized into Group A( cardiac insufficiency with AHH infusion), Group B( normal function with AHH infusion), Group C [ cardiac insufficiency with saline (NS) infusion] and Group D( normal function with NS infusion) according to the operation and eeh- ocardiogram data. Surface ECGs and cardiac eleetrophysiologieal index including atrium, atrium-ventricle junction and, ventricle eleetrograms were collected by programmed eleetriele stimulation at baseline and after AHH (or NS) infusion. Resuits 7 mieropigs each in group A and C, 6 in group B, and 5 in group D were completed the whole test. On chronic cardiac insuffieienty models, AHH delayed atrium and ventricle conduction, slowed down ventricle repolarization, and made part of the VA reverse conduction disappearing. On normal function models, AHH induced prolongation of ventricle repolarization and also made part of the V-A reverse conduction disappearing. After AHH administration, there were some changes of eleetrophysiology parameters, but there were not significant compared with NS. Howerver,the effects of AHH in ECG and eleetrophysiology had no intergroup different regardless the cardiac function. Conclusions AHH has some eleetrophysiological effects on chronic cardiac insufficiency or normal function models without arrhythmogenic effect in primary animal experiment.
