摘 要:利用超声分散原理,将Ti(OC4H9)4/乙醇加入到丝素溶液中,发生水解-缩聚反应,制得纳米TiO2再生丝素膜。对膜的溶失率和机械强度测试,续对之进行SEM、XRD、FTIR、EDS及复合丝素整理织物的染色性能的表征。结果表明,纳米粒子在丝素膜中分布均匀,随着纳米TiO2的加入,膜机械强度提高,在水中溶失率下降;丝素膜的结晶结构从SilkⅠ向SilkⅡ转化,用复合丝素整理织物的上染率和色牢度均比纯丝素整理的高。With the ultrasonic dispersing method, Ti(OC4H9)4/ethanol was add to silk fibroin solution and the regenerated SF (silk fibroin)/nano-TiO2 composite films were synthesized. Through SEM, XRD, FTIR and EDS, these films were characterized. The experimental results reveal that, compared to the pure silk fibroin films, the mechanical strength of these regenerated SF/nano-TiO2 composite films were increased and the loss percentage of SF/nano-TiO2 composite films in aqueous solution were decreased. The nano-TiO2 particles were well dispersed in the regenerated silk fibroin. It was found that the crystal structures of the composite films were transited from typical Silk Ⅰ to typical Silk Ⅱ. Furthermore, the uptake rates and colour fastness of the coated fabric with the composite silk fibroin were obviously improved.
