摘 要:以氢氧化钡和钛酯丁酯为原料,采用室温研磨-微波加热合成了BaTiO3纳米粒子。用XRD、TEM、ED、IR和ICP对产品进行了表征。结果表明,微波加热10~20min可获得平均粒径为10~30nm的纳米粒子,该粒子大小分布均匀,晶相结构为立方相,钡钛物质的量之比约为1.0。氢氧化钡中的结晶水对粒子的大小、晶化程度有重要的影响。BaTiO3 nanoparticles were synthesized by the combination of room-temperature gringing and microwave heating using barium hydroxide and tetrabutyl titanate as reactants. The products were characterized by XRD,TEM,ED,IR and ICP. The results show that the BaTiO3 nanoparticles are achieved in 10 to 20min if microwave heating is used. The as prepared nanoparticles with an average diameter of 10 to 30nm belong to cubic phase,with narrow size distribution,and their molar ratio of barium to titanium is about 1.0. The crystal water of the reactants have very important influences on the size and crystallinity level of particles.
