摘  要:目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)血清白细胞介素10(IL-10)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的变化及临床意义。方法选择25例中、重度HIE患儿(HIE组)和15例同期出生的正常足月新生儿(对照组)。HIE组分别于生后1、3、6d,对照组于生后3d内采集外周静脉血,放射免疫法检测血清IL-10及NSE的水平。结果HIE组生后1d血清IL-10及NSE水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);重度HIE组血清IL-10及NSE水平明显高于中度组(P<0.05);HIE组生后6d血清IL-10及NSE水平较生后3d明显下降,但仍高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论IL-10及NSE可能参与了HIE的发生发展过程,且其水平与HIE的病情程度密切相关。Objective To evaluate the dynamic changes and clinical significance of interleukin-10 (IL-10) and neuron specific enolase (NSE) in the hewborn infants with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods Twenty-five infants with HIE(HIE group) and fifteen normal fullterm infants(control group) were recruited in the study. Peripheral venous blood samples on th 3 rd day after birth in control group and on the 1 st, 3 rd and 6 th day after birth in HIE group were collected for detecting serum IL-10 and NSE by RIA. Results The levels of IL-10 and NSE in HIE group on the first day after birth were higher than those in control group(P〈0. 01). The levels of IL-10 and NSE in the severe HIE group were obviously higher than those in the moderate HIE group (P〈0. 05). The levels of IL-10 and NSE were lower on the sixth day than those on the third day after birth, but still higher than those in the control group(P〈0. 01). Conclusion IL-10 and NSE may be involved in the occurrence and development of HIE. The levels of IL-10 and NSE are closely correlated with the severity of HIE.
