指尖再植静脉回流障碍的观察与处理

摘　　要：目的探讨指尖离断再植时预防和治疗静脉回流障碍的措施。方法对指尖离断再植的静脉回流问题做一回顾性分析。对发生静脉回流障碍的原因、术中及术后预防静脉回流障碍的方法、发生静脉回流障碍后的处理措施进行总结和分析。结果指尖离断再植826指,发生静脉回流障碍122指,完全成活98指,部分成活11指,坏死13指,成活手指外形和长度与健指相似,指甲生长良好。结论在再植的术中及术后要采取相应预防措施,能够有效减少静脉回流障碍的发生,发生静脉回流障碍时要及时采取指端针刺放血等措施,能够提高再植成活率。Objective To investgate the in replantation of amputated fingerti measure of preventing and treating venous return obstruction p. Methods The cause of venous return obstruction and prevention in operation and mangemen of venous return obstruction were analyzed retospectively. Results In 826 replanted fingertips, 122 digites happened venous return obstruction,98 fingertips survived with satisfactory appearance.Conclusion The combied mangement in operation or after operation is effective for decreasing venous crisis. When the venous crisis happemng, needling fingertips bleeding can raise survival rate of replanted fingertips.
