摘　　要：目的总结拇指背侧皮神经营养血管逆行皮瓣转移修复拇指远端皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果与体会。方法应用拇指背侧皮神经营养血管逆行皮瓣修复拇指远端皮肤软组织缺损23例。结果20例完全成活,3例因静脉回流障碍而部分坏死。结论本组皮瓣易切取、损伤小,不牺牲主干动脉,供区多可直接闭合,是修复拇指远端特别是桡侧皮肤软组织缺损的良好方法。Objective To summarize the clinic result and experience of repairing the defect of the distal part of thumb soft tissue by reverse flow flap of dorsal thumb cutaneous nerve nutrition blood vessels.Methods By applying reverse flow flap of dorsal thumb cutaneous nerve nutrition blood vessels to repair the defect of thumb soft tissue, 23 cases were studied.Results Twenty cases completely survived, 3 cases had partial necrosis due to venous reflux disturbance.Conclusion The procedure is easy with little damage and can avoid important blood vessel damage.There are many donor sites which can be directly closed. It is an exceUent way to repair the defect of the distal part of thumb soft tissue, radial skin in particular.
