摘　　要：探讨“新世纪教改工程”项目成果评价对规范项目过程管理、引导项目顺利实施、提升项目成果水平、扩大“新世纪教改工程”成效具有十分重要的意义。本文认为,我们可以根据项目成果科学性、先进性、教育性、应用性等基本属性制订评价标准和评价指标体系,通过学科专家、教育专家、管理者以及教育对象等评价主体和有效的工作程序,对项目成果的内容、形成过程、实践效果及其应用性等进行科学评价。Probing the assessment of the achievements of the projects has great significance, such as guiding the projects smoothly,promoting the level of the achievements, extending the effect of the projects, ect. We can establish the criterion and the scheme of the assessment,according to the quality of the achievements such as the educational effect, advanced level, applying scale of the achievements. And carry it out through the subjects of the assessment,to assess the essence and process of the achievements and the practical effect effectively.
