摘 要:目的探讨豚鼠慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)动物模型的制作方法。方法采用降主动脉缩窄法建立豚鼠CHF模型(模型组20只,对照组10只)。8周后观察以下指标:临床表现、血流动力学、左心室重与体重比值、肺重与体重比值及室壁厚度。结果降主动脉缩窄8周后,14只豚鼠出现呼吸困难(BPC组),但BPC组豚鼠的左室收缩压及舒张末压均显著增高,左室压升高和降低最大速率均显著降低;左心室重与体重比值、肺重与体重比值及室壁厚度明显增高,呈现明显的心衰指征。而缩窄8周后未见呼吸困难的豚鼠(BWPC组)仅左心室重与体重比值增加,尚处于代偿期。结论降主动脉缩窄8周后可造成豚鼠CHF。Objective To develop CHF animal model in guinea-pig. Methods Guinea-pig CHF model was made by constricting descent of aorta. Such indexes were observed as clinical behavior, hemodynamics, the mass ratio of left ventricle to body, the mass ratio of lung to body, and the width of left ventricnlar hypertrophy after 8 weeks. Results 14 models animals that were constricted for 8 weeks developed dyspnea ( BPC group). All these animals showed the symptoms of CHF, which include left ventricnlar systolic and end diastolic pressure increment, the mass ratio of ventricle and lung to body, by decreasing and the width of left ventricnlar pressure maximal rising and declining velocity. But the banded animals without dyspnea ( BWPC group) only showed increasing in the mass ratio of ventricle to body and were still in the course of compensation. Conclusion It can develop Guinea-pig CHF after constricting descent of aorta for 8 weeks.
