东莞地区健康学龄前儿童流感嗜血杆菌携带株耐药性研究

摘　　要：目的了解东莞地区学龄前健康儿童鼻咽部携带流感嗜血杆菌(Hi)状况及对常用抗生素的耐药情况。方法对546名学龄前健康儿童鼻咽部双份标本培养出的Hi107株做药敏试验。结果Hi携带率为19.96%,β-内酰胺酶阳性占9.3%,对氨苄西林不敏感率为11.2%。结论东莞地区学龄前健康儿童鼻咽部Hi携带率与国内各大城市无差异,耐药情况不甚严重。Objective To study the status of haemophilus influenzae（Hi） isolated from rhinopharynx of healthy children in Dongguan district and the drug resistance of part separated strains. Methods 546 healthy children from 6 kindergartens were studied and 107 strains of the Hi were detected for further tests of drug susceptibility to antibiotics. Results The detected rate of Hi was 19.96%.The positive rates of beta-lactamase were 9.3 % and the rates of resistance to AM were 11,2%. Conclusion There was no difference in the detected rate of Hi isolated from healthy children between Dongguan and other cities of China, and also the drug resistance was not serious.
