摘  要:利用Uster AFls单纤维测试系统对采用不同形式的棉网清洁器以及不同吸风方式(单双侧)和隔距条件下生产的生条中之未成熟纤维含量进行了测试,结果发现:对于导板式棉网清洁器,单侧吸风方式有利于未成熟纤维的去除;对于反齿导向盖板式棉网清洁器,则以风量较大、隔距为0.43mm的方案有利于未成熟纤维的去除;在同为双侧吸风,风量相同条件下,反齿导向盖板式棉网清洁器去除未成熟纤维效果要好于导板式棉网清洁器;一般情况下,柿网清洁器风量较大有利于未成熟纤维的去除。A measurement of remainded none-riped fibers in the carded sliver produced by use of different suction way ( single side or double sides) and with different gauge measured by use of Uster AFIS single fiber tester indicates that single side suction favours the removal of none-riped fibers ff by use of plate-guided web clearer whilst large suction and 0.43mm gauge favour the removal of none-riped fibers if by use of reverse-teeth flat web clearer. If with the same double sided suction and same large suction, the removal of none-riped fibers by use of reverse-teeth flat web clearer is better than that done by use of plate-guided web clearer. And generally, web clearer with large suction favours the removal of none-riped fibers.
