摘　　要：讨论了利用棉型设备开发天丝/亚麻混纺织物的工艺。纺部工序主要克服天丝与亚麻纤维抱合力低,特别是亚麻纤维粗、硬、滑、超长纤维和短纤维率高给纺纱工艺带来的困难;织造工序重点解决成纱毛羽对开口清晰和经纱弹性差对断头的影响;后整理涉及影响外观质量的折痕与霜印问题,并要突出桃皮绒和独特的亚麻麻节外观效应。The paper discusses the technology to develop Tencel/linen blended yam fabric on cotton textile machine. In spinning process, what should be done is to improve the coherence force of the fibers due to the linen fiber being thick, stiff, smooth, super long and containing more short fibers, causing difficulty to spinning; In weaving it should focus on the settlement of unclear shedding and more ends breaking caused by fuzzy ＆ poor elasticity of the warp yarn; Finishing plays an key role in improving fabric appearance to solve fold mark ＆ frost mark and enhance style of peach skin and linen knot effects.
